DR Consulting is a principal-led consulting practice focused on helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes, not just stay busy.

The work is led by Dave Rose, an experienced delivery consultant who partners directly with team-level leaders to improve efficiency, predictability, and results by addressing the conditions teams work within.

Many teams are not underperforming. They are overloaded, overcommitted, and operating in systems that make delivery harder than it needs to be.  DR Consulting exists to help leaders identify and fix those conditions so teams can do their best work.

Dave has spent over 40 years delivering complex work across a wide range of environments, using traditional Waterfall to modern Agile approaches.  Throughout his career, he has worked closely with teams and leaders to understand where delivery breaks down and how to get it back on track.

He has partnered with organizations including Edward Jones, Mayo Clinic, Wells Fargo, Bayer, Trinity Health, Children International, H&R Block, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many others to overcome delivery challenges and improve outcomes.

Dave brings an empathetic and pragmatic mindset to every engagement.  He starts by listening, seeking to understand the real issues, contributing factors, and goals, before recommending any change.  His guiding belief is simple: introduce practices only when they reduce friction, improve clarity, or strengthen decision-making.  If something doesn’t help the team deliver better, it doesn’t belong.

Engagements are led directly by Dave.  When additional expertise is required, DR Consulting can draw from a trusted network of experienced delivery coaches to support specific needs, without adding unnecessary overhead or complexity.

This approach ensures clients get focused, senior-level attention while maintaining the flexibility to scale thoughtfully when the work calls for it.
