Fractional Engagements

DR Consulting offers fractional engagements that provide focused, senior-level delivery expertise aligned to the real needs of teams and leaders.  Rather than embedding full-time or adding unnecessary process, fractional support is delivered intentionally, helping diagnose issues, improve flow, strengthen decision-making, and address the conditions that limit delivery effectiveness.  Engagements are led directly by Dave Rose and adapt as needs evolve, with additional experienced delivery coaches brought in only when they add clear value.
